We have an extra large side yard expecially for parking you boat/trailer. We also have an outdoor fish cleaning sink.
Please note our No Smoking policy. We do not allow smoking either inside the house or on the porches. Please respect our no smoking policy. Also no pets are allowed in the Charlie Rogers House.

This historic cottage/home with its view of the beuatiful Gulf of Mexico, takes you back in time to the good ole days of island life in Cedar Key. Now renovated/restored Charlie Rogers is the perfect place to stay while in Cedar Key. It has all the comforts of home except here you'll be on "island time".

We accommodate six guests comfortably and will allow a maximum of eight if some are small children. Please keep in mind we have one bathroom. There is no phone service. We do have cell phone reception on the island. We have cable TV (standard package) There is a also a DVD player.
About 100 yards from your house is the water. Stairs lead down from the seawall. Here is mostly grass and some sand. This is a great place for kayaking.
The Charlie Rogers house is a comfortable and affordable place to stay while in Cedar Key. We provide linens: sheets, pillows and pillow cases, quilts, towels, wash cloths, bar soap, bathroom tissue & trash bags.
For the kitchen we provide a fully equipped kitchen for cooking and preparing your daily catch from the Gulf of Mexico. We also provide your morning coffee with cream and sugar.
Three bedrooms (note the washer/dryer shares bedroom number 3) large spacious living room and dining room, master bath, fully equipped kitchen, and large screened porch (with swing) and comfortable seating.
